A Facebook Community for Asians to Talk About Mental Health

Subtle Asian Mental Health Facebook group* is a friendly online community for Asian-identifying folks to share their feelings and experiences around mental health.

Moderators help to ensure that this is a safe space for finding peer-to-peer support without shame; there’s even an option to post anonymously.

Common post topics include:

  • Sharing personal experiences with romantic, familial, or professional relationships
  • Unpacking the ways that Asian cultures and values intersect with mental health
  • Asking advice from others about how they navigate certain situations
  • Finding and sharing helpful mental health resources
  • Celebrating personal growth, transformation, and peace

*You’ll need a Facebook account to join, and to fill out a short application before accessing the group.

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. You need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
