Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

In a world full of competing ideas, opinions and expectations, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.  Our inner critics can be so loud, and even the voices of those we love can add to the noise. This can make it hard to figure out what’s truly right for us, which can leave us feeling stuck and uncertain.

Sometimes, it can be helpful to slow down and pause– to have a space to reflect, explore and make sense of what is happening, and to know that you are not walking through it all alone.  I aim to create a warm, compassionate, and client-centered therapeutic space, recognizing that your experiences are unique and nuanced.

My hope is that when you are in the therapy room, you feel safe, seen, and heard. Together, we can work toward helping you gain the clarity and the confidence to live in a way that aligns with what you value most.
